Mr. Siew Bao (Closed)

由于买的时候是新鲜出炉的。所以味道很好也是理所当然的。里面还有很多份量。而且叉烧酱汁的味道很香，不过如果只是吃馅料的话会有点甜。所以我觉得有点厚的外皮还是合理的。

还是喜欢外皮很酥的外皮。这个是比较面粉的了。里面的蛋馅料吃起来很嫩滑。味道也不会很甜。外皮虽然不是那种酥皮的，但是还是算很软，整个就是恨传统的蛋挞。有古早的味道。

这里的鸡肉派可以说是麻雀虽小，五藏俱全吧因为里面除了有鸡肉碎，还有蘑菇青豆不过份量不多就是了。可是味道是不错的。而且酥皮的味道很香，也有很多层，有点油腻。吃起来不错。

I totally love,love Mr.Siew Bao.. Their siew baos are definitely some of the best I've ever tasted. Their shop at Sri Petaling is located at the hotspot commercial area of Bandar Baru Sri Petaling; where there's a congregration of lots of nice , modern eateries. It's situated somewhere at the end of the on-way street row. Anyway, aside from the BBQ Chicken Siew Pao (yums!), they also sell vegetarian mushroom siew bao (very nice too!) as well as as egg tarts (normal & portugese) and lou po biscui

一看见烧包就让我联想起美味的芙蓉烧包呢。烧包先生这里热腾腾的烧包味道还是不错的。尤其是在熱熱的時候咬下去，酥脆的外皮和肉非常的松软，里面有些汁所以吃起来不会觉得很干。我觉得很意外，在这里竟然能够吃到这一种味道。

Mr Siew bao is shop specialties on Siew bao and also othe pastry as well. This branch i tried is in Sri Petaling.Their pastry is very nice fragrant and crunchy.The siew pao filling is fresh and teh meat taste so flavourful and awesome. The outer crust is crunchy on the ourside soft on the insideI tried the egg tart, siew bao and layer kaya puff, all taste fabulous.
