I hardly try to have my dinner at any of the SS3 coffee shops, the reason is because they were really not up to my expectations. However, my recent visit to this coffee shop to taste the western food was quite a surprise. I have always known about this stall selling western food and it does get a good crowd. My first time trying their Fish & Chips was a real good one. For the amount of money I paid, I think it was way better than many restaurants. The french fries were nice and not over fried. T

My first time trying their Fish & Chips was a real good one. For the amount of money I paid, I think it was way better than many restaurants. The french fries were nice and not over fried. Their coleslaw was also good, not too laden with all mayonnaise. The fish was huge and fried to golden brown. The fish was lightly seasoned and battered, fresh and flaky. The whole dish was served with some tartar sauce, and you may request chilli and tomato sauce as well.

After several good experiences with the Mexican chicken, I dragged my parents here for a taste. My hipster dad, finding it ridiculous that all 3 of us were to order the same thing, went with the steak instead. It was more expensive than the Mexican chicken at RM 14 but the taste was definitely not as good. He wasn't very impressed since it was dry & over cooked (he ordered well done) plus the sauce wasn't that great.

I was brought here because apparently their chicken is good (it's supposedly popular). The tomato-based-but-slightly-spicy sauce on their Mexican Chicken is amazing.. It comes with coleslaw, fries and cucumbers. You can add on an egg (RM 1), sausage and other stuff. The chicken is crispy on the outside but soft inside. It isn't dry except one single time I had it when it was overcooked. The portion is pretty big and well worth the RM 8.50 I paid.
