Ordered the original siew yuk, 15 years pork and their award winning duck breast for lunch takeaway and the food was very delicious and tasty 😋😋. The meat was cooked perfectly and it was very moist and juicy as well. Overall, it was definitely worth it and worth 2x 👍🏻.

这里的Fish & Chip吃起来还蛮不错的，他们的鱼肉很新鲜，吃起来的口感是非常好的，而且一点腥味也没有。外层的皮也被炸得非常的脆口。他们的薯条是厚厚的，吃起来外脆内软，很好吃。

这里这道比萨采用了鸭腿肉，厨师在面皮中额外添加番茄，因此吃起来多了一份独特的番茄香，而且再配搭香浓的mozarella芝士，还有加入茉莉茶香和其他香料熏制大约二十分钟，味道非常清新口感。

鸭腿肉用调味料稍微腌制，之后采用烘熟来保存鸭肉的嫩滑多汁，意大利面以橄榄油，胡椒，番茄粒，姜片和蒜片加入调味，香味诱人，拌上片薄的鸭腿肉，细品之下，原来后劲中藏有白酒的酒香味。

这道厨师采用了红酒调味来腌制了一天，为了就是将那鸭腿肉嫩化，然后再用橄榄油香煎，淋上由覆盆子做成的酱汁，肉质软嫩，加上红酒魔力般的果香和水果酱汁的配搭，令人更为陶醉。
