the stir fry spinach is really deliciousi like the fact that it has some gravy in itit is stir fried with garlic and something unique about the dish is that the chef adds wolf berries on itthe wolf berries gives the spinach an added sweetness to the dishthe selection of the vegetable was also very good because the stems of the spinach was still young and easy to chew

bitter guard is also called pear balsamat first i ordered omelette with onions but then i decided to try something unconventional and fry the omelette with bitter guard insteadthe bitter guard was not too bitter, goes to show that the chef and his team did a good job in cleaning the bitter guardwhen the dish was served it seemed to me that it was more like scrambled egg

mama rich just opened and it has been getting good crowd of customers because it is located near the residential areathe tofu is not a very famous dish but it is still very deliciousgoes to show that the chef puts a lot of effort in each and every meal he createsthe white tofu is really soft the chef stir fries some minced meat and then pours the gravy unto the tofuanother unique thing is that it has big slices of red onions in this dish
