The chicken curry mihun at the Penang cuisine stall is definitely worth the try. The broth is rich with curry taste. During lunch hour especially from 1pm to 2pm the stall will be crowded with office staffs mostly. Yet, service is quick and you can get your meal ready in 10 minutes.

One of the food court - Food junction in mid valley has been renovated into a more clean and comfortable environment.I'd tried one of the stalls - Toast at work, selling breakfast or snacks like nasi lemak, soft- boiled egg , coffee or toast.I had the french toast, which cost RM 4.50 each set. It takes around 10 minutes for my food to be serve. The french toast is not as nice as i expected. Its a soft bread that coated with a layer of egg and being toast in oven. The french toast is not as nice as i expected. Its a soft bread that coated with a layer of egg and being toast in oven. It's let down by a less than generous serving of kaya and butter. The toast is not crispy , in fact it was soft even after toast.
Not a good one compared to french toast in other restaurant like old town.

Food Junction at 3rd Floor Mid Valley recently had a makeover and re-emeged so much classier, more spacious and cosy! The stalls looks clean and new.. tables and chairs of the more expensive type than previously (marble tables,yo!). I tried their Vegetarian stall few times now and am very happy thus far. Had the economy rice (expensive no doubt, almost RM10 for 2 dishes).. but super delicious. Highly recommend their vegan Sambal Fishball, Kangkung Belacan and Minced Tofu. yums

Among the Korean food I had tried from different food court, I would say Korean cuisine from Food Junction is my first choice.

The Tom Yam loaded with lots of tomatoes, oyster mushrooms and kangkung. The soup was flavoured with tomatoes and lemongrass but too much canned Tom Yam paste which I found a little salty.

With such a long queue ordering a la carte items, I totally satisfied their service as it only took around 12 minutes to get my food done.

So we ordered the Spicy Seafood Ramen.
As usual, every Korean meal would come with its side dishes, ie: Pickled radish and Kimchi in this case.
The Ramen was springy with lots of Calamari rings, carrot slices, scallions to enhance the aroma. With the assortment of yummy seafood, makes the soup so delish and sweet. Nice!

This is the non-spicy Seafood Ramen.
Soup was much clearer as it’s without chilies. Nevertheless, it’s still superb for you could actually taste the seafood wonders as the noodles were thoroughly immersed with the sweetness of claims, prawns as well as generous portion of calamari rings too ! Loving it! ^^

Then complete the meal with a cuppa! Ya, I know it does sound ironic, haha…
