不知道为什么，来到这种吃”烧味“的专卖店总是觉得一定要吃烤鸭，鸡，烧肉和叉烧。这份蜜叉烧饭肉质松软，叉烧的味道不算突出，但还是带有蜜汁的甜香，肥瘦比例刚好，白饭很香。份量也刚刚好。

来到这里当然除了吃烤鸭，当然少不了烧肉啦。只看外皮就知道外皮非常香脆，就连平时不吃烧肉外皮的我连皮也吃了下去。因为实在是太香脆了。肉质方面不错，肥瘦适中，腌制得不错。配饭非常好。

这个当归挂炉烤鸡外皮酥脆，肉质非常嫩滑，脂肪适量比例均匀，咬下去的时候肉里挤出肉的鲜汁和脂肪的香味。每一口除了当归的香味，还有油脂的香，鸡肉的鲜。可惜对我来说酱汁太少了。
