Apart from seafood, they serve meats as well such as the Honey Garlic Fried Pork Ribs. The pork ribs are surprisingly tender with a thin layer of sweet honey. I loved that it is coated with fragrant fried garlic. Although the fried garlic tends to slightly overlap the honey's sweetness, it still taste good but not too over empowering between the two ingredients.

To have your squids other than fried, serve Fried Squid Rings with Salted Egg. A number of 7 salted eggs are used in this dish and is high in cholesterol so go easy on this dish. Despite the danger level, the squids are irresistible as they deliver a totally different texture where they are slightly crunchy from the batter and a little ‘wet’ with the fragrant and slightly salty salted eggs and chewy from the squids.

Meanwhile, to have something to chew on, order the Chicken Gristle with Chilli and Salt. It is quite addictive with the chewy texture and and the addition of chilli powder gives it an extra oomph. It's not too salty too.

For prawn lovers, you have got to try the Steamed Fresh Water Prawn with Hua Diao Wine and Egg White. The timing is done just right with the right amount of hua diao wine and egg whites that creates a delightful dish of succulent fresh water prawns. Have the prawn with a little of the aromatic broth and silky egg white with some ginger and spring onion to experience the combo of both fragrance and texture. This is one of the best prawn dishes I’ve tried so far. The service is good and fast too.

The crab is buried under a mountain full of fried garlic and dried cili padi together with big onions and spring onions. The meaty crab is fresh and juicy, exuding its natural sweetness amongst the fragrance of the garlic and chilli. I extremely enjoyed the crunchy and fragrant garlic.

The crabs are normally sourced from Sabah, Indonesia and sometimes, Sri Lanka. A whopping of 400 grams of chopped garlic is used in every dish depending on the crab’s size. Ideally, it should cover the whole crab. Diners can choose from 3 sizes, from small (in other restaurants, its size will be medium), large and extra large. Apart from garlic and chilli, they also have the crab baked with salted egg.

There are 2 types of salted egg yolk crab that I know, one is wet and another is dry. We thought they serve wet version since mostly serve this type in KL but we're wrong. Anyway, the flesh of the crab is piping hot. The crab is lightly coated with ligh batter before cook and come with lots of salted egg yolk.
This is alluring but sinful, isn't itHigh in cholesterol, so be warn!
