When comes to food, I like to eat the spicy food. Especially anthing that comes with chilli. The more spicy the better. For example like the ayam penyet I eat at here. The chicken is a smashed chicken. I don’t know how they smashed it, but they just did. The chicken skin is fried until golden brown colour and very crispy. The meat inside is soft and tender and juicy too. The sambal Chili here is very spicy. Unlike our nasi lemak sambal which has sweet taste in it. This one is just pure spicy.

One thing I like to eat about Ayam Penyet is about the sambal. The sambal they served here is quite spicy yet I always request for refil or more sambal. Then I get to enjoy the sweaty look till my shirts are all wet. The chicken here was smashed and it taste extra tender. It's like you able to tear off the chicken meat easily. Then the soup here is quite good for those who cant take any spicy food.

Indonesian food is one of the food I like the most. They have lots of spices as well as they are spicy too. This ayam penyet, the chicken was smashed before served. That's why the meat is really very tender and soft. Extra credit for it is the sambal that they gave is real spicy. They are burning hot. Warning to those who can't take any spicy at all.
