Portion for 2 | 材料 2人份: 1 Onion (large) | 洋葱 1颗大, 2 portion Tagliatelle | 意大利宽面 2把, 1/2 Bell Pepper | 灯笼椒 1/2 颗, 1/2 Chilies | 辣椒 1/2 条 (喜欢辣的可以放多点), 1 Red Shallot | 红洋葱 1粒, 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes | 圣女番茄 8-10颗, 150g Chicken Breast | 鸡胸肉 150g, Some Basil | 九层塔 适量, 1 tbsp Olive Oil | 橄榄油 1汤匙, 1 can Coconut milk | 椰奶 1罐, 480ml Chicken Broth | 鸡高汤 2杯 (480ml), Some Salt | 盐 适量, Some Black Pepper | 黑胡椒 少许, 1/2 Lemon | 柠檬 1/2颗
Preparation | 准备工作:
1. Onion and bell pepper cut in shredded, red shallot finely chopped, cherry tomato cut in half.
洋葱和灯笼椒切丝,红洋葱头切末,圣女番茄切半。
2. Chicken breast cut slides, marinated with salt, Chinese wine, and cornstarch.
鸡肉切片后,加入少许的盐、酒和太白粉腌制一下。
Method | 作法:
1. Layer onion in the bottom of pot, follow by tagliatelle, bell pepper, chilies, red shallot, chicken and basil.
洋葱放在锅底,再依序加入意大利面、灯笼椒、辣椒、番茄、红小洋葱、鸡肉和九层塔。
2. Add in coconut milk, chicken broth and olive oil.
加入椰奶、高汤和少许橄榄油。
3. Cooks for 15 minutes.
盖锅煮大概15分钟。
4. Seasoning with sea salt and black pepper, then chopped fresh basil and some lemon juice.
起锅前撒上海燕和黑胡椒,然后再加入新鲜九层塔和少许柠檬汁。
