2. Boil some water in a wok with added 1 tbsp cooking oil. Put in ladyfingers, and cook for 5 minutes. Dish out and drain. 镬里煮一锅沸水,加入1大匙食油,然后放入羊角豆汞烫5分钟,捞起,沥干水份。
