Yum Woon Sen is actually a glass noodle salad. I actually ordered this because i wanted to eat some salad. I always thought that salad has lots of green vegetables in it. However, this glass noodle salad was more like a main dish to me. There were lots of glass noodle in this dish, the amount of glass noodle is equivalent to the amount of a main dish.
