Recently opened in Paradigm Mall, Penang Road Famous Teochew Chendul had cendol-lovers flocking its premise. Wifey and I were also excited to have our fill, as we tried the original one, and we liked it very much. First thing you would notice is the price tag of RM4.90 a bowl, just for the original one without anything fancy. It was only RM2.50 per bowl in Penang.  gula melaka was mostly in the ice, so we had to chip it a bit and mix it around before consuming. I thought that there were too much ice, and not enough brown sugar. Also, the coconut milk was a bit diluted. All in all, I think the Penang one is still much better in comparison.
