As far as I know, Canton Kitchen is well known for using the ingredients from their own farms for cooking their delights. One of the famous dishes in Canton Kitchen is the Steamed Kampung Chicken with the Chinese Rice Wine. Instead of cooking using one whole chicken, the chicken is being cut into small pieces and mix together with The Kampung Chicken is being well cutted into pieces and it is then being served together with the Chinese Rice Wine. Instead of cooking using one whole chicken, the chicken is being cut into small pieces and mix together with The Kampung Chicken is being well cutted into pieces and it is then being served together with the Chinese Rice Wine. The chicken is really tender and have strong rice wine taste which I really love it!
