One of Hokkaido signature dish has to be Spicy Char Siu & Bamboo Shoot RiceApparently I love the blend of char siu with the bamboo shoot over a tasteful japanese rice that is not sticky nor under cook. The light gravy adds the sweetness to close the deal one fed into the mouth. Not to forget the char siu was so moist that you can have it on its own.
