Sizzling Lamb Shoulder. The sizzling lamb shoulder was the first dish to be served. It was a lamb shoulder loin, with fresh button mushrooms, grilled vegetables in marinara sauce served with creamy jacket potato on sizzling plate. The lamb shoulder was not quite good though as almost half of it was filled with fats, which means it was quite oily and less meat. The mushroom sauce was fine.
