Whenever my friends come back from their trip to Hong Kong, I would always hear them talk about this Hui Lau Shan which is pretty famous over there. Imagine my thrill when they opened a branch at Leisure Mall which is just a stone's throw away from where I stay. The menu is filled with every imaginable type of chinese styled dessert and over 90% of it has mango in it. I decided to go for the mango pudding which was quite cheap. The mango pudding has thick cubes of mango infused in it and the pudding leaves a sourish and sweet aftertaste just like a semi ripe mango. I would have enjoyed it more if they are more generous with the condensed milk.
