Sashimi Salad, pricier at RM30 per plate.I am assuming Zakuro is trying to push and promote their salad dishes.. here is another one again, served with fresh salmon pieces and chunks of fruits with a light mayo dressing. maybe they could've add one the mayo instead? feels pretty plain, but thumbs up for the deco. most of the salad dishes are also served with a small bowl of crunchy bits of fried bisquit? it's something similar to the fried bisquits you eat in chinese yee sang.Salmon Salad, RM28

Salmon Salad, RM28 per plate.erm, well. i wasn't expecting fried salmon skin here when i read the dish's name from the menu. nevertheless, i am a fan of fried salmon skin, although i've only tried it twice in Sushi King (meh) and Nihonkai. i was already awaiting the salty and flavorful crisp taste in my mouth when i took the first bite but i was left with an extremely bland aftertaste.. everyone thought the fried salmon skin was tasteless too.
