Honey Dew Pearl Milk Tea - RM4.90 Honey Dew Pearl Milk Tea is originated in Taiwan if I am not mistaken. It is also known as Honey Bubble Tea and always served cold. The tapioca pearls, condensed milk and honeydew powder is always my star drink wherever I go. Most important about preparing this drink is the tapioca pearls. It must be sweet enough with right harden and right size. I love the way Xian Ding Wei prepare this drink.The ones I had here were rather sweet, a tad too sweet for me though.

The ones I had here were rather sweet, a tad too sweet for me though. The tapioca pearls were done just nice, and chewy enough to munch on while waiting for the sugar level to subside. It's rare that we get a those pearls perfected, but its that good here.
