In any Japanese restaurant, one wouldn’t resist to try the teppanyaki. It’s the same at Zakuro 2. The Gyu Terikyaki Teppanyaki is marinated in terikyaki sauce before being iron grilled. This combination of methods is a tribute to the succulent and juicy beef where the sweet taste of teriyaki sauce slowly encircles the tongue with grilled flavours conquering the whole palate as you savour the beef slices. A good pairing with white rice indeed!
