This is the menya musashi at Isetan One Utama.This is also one of the newly open restaurant after One Utamawent through a renovation. This menya musashi is a japanese style restaurant that served true japanese ramen.Thisis the gyoza.This is one of the most famous snack for japanese to have during their dinner.I like this gyoza so much.The gyoza is fried to a perfect tender, the skin is not dry and not chewy at all.The filling inside is someaty and fresh. You can always ask the server for vinegar
