We order this Pandan Chicken as an appetizer. There are four pieces of pandan chicken in a portion, just nice for the four of us. The pandan chickens were wrapped in screwpine leaves and deep fried. The best part is of course the well marinated chicken. The chickens were flavorful and delicious. I think it was spiced with lemon grass and other herbs. Although deep fried, it wasn’t too oily. The chilli dipping sauce was nice too.
