Wifey wasn't feeling very hungry, so she decided to order a dry wan tan noodle. It's a good thing that the portion wasn't very big, else I would be forced to eat her unfinished noodle as well. The noodles were cooked well, chewy and crunchy to the bite, as it should be. Tossed in some soya sauce, dark sauce and sesame oil, it was slightly salty, but still acceptable. Garnished with some chopped spring onions, it was quite nice.
