At Funs House, I spotted ginko beancurd skin dessert from their menu. The dessert was served hot and although I would like the portion to be bigger than this. However, the taste of the dessert made my day. Although it’s a simple Chinese dessert, the sweetness was appropriate and there were lots of ginko, barley, and beancurd skin in the dessert. It would be nice if some bits of eggs were added to it, then it will be perfect.
