I am a picky eater! Well, the diameter of the noodles, every strand of it, the texture, the length, the way it is cooked, lovely.
The decent lashing of chili oil makes everything taste better....It was very strong in flavor , the complexity of salty, spicy, brackish; springy (noodles), soft (char siu), and the bouncy semi-cooked egg. Lovely meal! Anyway, I would prefer the Ajitama (egg) to be more wobbly and runny at the center...overall it was okay.
