Although Fun House promotes itself as the “Rice Place”, actually, I think their noodle outshines the rice. The braised chicken and mushroom with noodle is absolutely delicious. The chicken was braised in a sauce that is similar with oyster sauce, and the straw mushrooms were soft and tender. However, like I said, the best part is still the noodle. The chicken was braised in a sauce that is similar with oyster sauce, and the straw mushrooms were soft and tender. However, like I said, the best part is still the noodle. The dry style noodle was slightly moist, and the texture of the noodle is highly commendable. When I tasted the noodle, I do not taste any artificial flavors in the noodle at all.
