Nan Yang Authentic (Closed)

I have never came across this restaurant before, I think it has been opened for 2 years. The restaurant is located at the corner of first floor Pavilion KL. My colleague recommend me to come here for lunch. I was there around 12.45pm and the restaurant was 70% occupied. There are ala carte and set lunch for you to choose from. The set lunch is from RM10.80 & above. I'm hungry today therefore I have ordered Set C which consist of Roasted chicken, Rice, Bean sprout, soup and Herbal tea. Alternativ

My colleague suggested a new place for lunch today and we go up to Level 4 to try the Nanyang Authentic. A very traditional Nan Yang Chinese restaurant with modern Malaysian authentic dishes. Located at the corner end just beside Fish & Co Pavilion. Last time when I passing by this place, I always think that the food here must be very expensive with the nice interior. 我平时很少吃油饭的。不过因为这里的鸡肉很好吃，我就觉得油饭大概也很好吃。油饭的味道很香，而且煮到粒粒分明，软硬很适中，虽然是油饭，但是一点也没有很油腻的感觉，光是吃饭也不错

这里的招牌之一就是白斩鸡了。价钱虽然不便宜，但是却真的非常好吃。白斩鸡的皮很有脆口，肉质很柔软更是鲜嫩。就算是鸡胸肉也很好吃，一点也不会很硬。上面还有大量的青葱，一起吃进嘴巴里面味道很搭配

这里的豆芽每一条都很肥美。比起外面吃到的真的是很明显肥美了许多。淋上了很多的酱油真个味道很更加不同。因为豆芽菜都吸取了酱油的香味，虽然青葱只是装饰，但我很喜欢配上青葱一起吃。

这个炒福建面味道非常的棒，还有很香的锅气，配料方面有猪肉片，虾子还有蔬菜。虽然颜色看起来很深色，但是味道一点也没有过咸，而且还有一点鲜味，可能炒的时候加入了一些东西

这里的猪肉丸非常的弹牙，也很大颗，猪肉丸的肉质很实在，然后里面的吊片味道让这个猪肉丸的味道更加的香，猪肉丸也没有奇怪的猪肉味道。整个都是很饱满的感觉，加上好喝的清汤，很不错

Love the succulent barbequed roast pork and the organic steam chicken. Sad that I didn't bring my DSLR as its really look much nicer than this mobile picture. Nevertheless, lets describe. The half fat meat is very juicy, barbequed at its perfection and the char siew gravy is the nice thing to eat along with. Rice is fragrant and the steam chicken is just right and no blood found in the meat, especially the chicken tight. Taste great and very firm meat.

这里的芽菜和怡保芽菜都没什么分别，烹调的方法也使一样。清脆的芽菜，淋上調配好的醬汁，咸咸的醬汁和清脆芽菜的結合簡直就是天衣無縫，每一口芽菜都會把醬汁和咸味的綜合，让你忍不住一口接一口地吃。

这里的蜜汁叉燒也是这里的招牌菜肴之一，所采用的都是半肥瘦适中的梅头肉，因为油脂分佈得非常均勻，所以烧出来的蜜汁叉燒，每吃一塊的肉塊和油脂入口即化，但又不会觉得膩，吃时再沾这里特制的醬汁, 美味至极。

这里的招牌是有机菜园白斩鸡，而且是非常符合南洋口味的白斬雞，和怡保的芽菜鸡不相伯仲。这里的白斩鸡吃下去非常順口，但却不失嚼劲，鸡皮也是油亮的，而且搭配醬汁也使鸡肉更加惹味。

To look at their hokkien noodles here, I wouldnt say is something very nice to eat. One part of the reason is the selling price is a bit high. I know having a shop at this shopping malls, impossible to have a cheap selling price. But the taste is not worth the price. The whole hokkien mee is lack of wok hei taste. It is not the burnt taste but you know the chef isn't that skillful.

这里的的炒豆芽每一条都肥肥胖胖营养过剩似的。没有错，就是和怡保著名芽菜鸡里的芽菜一样，都是来自同一个地方。听说因为哪里水质的关系所以豆芽都被灌溉得肥美非常。吃下去爽脆可口，我喜欢这味道太花俏的菜肴，

除了好吃的白斩鸡，这里的叉烧也值得尝试。叉烧肥瘦比例刚刚好，不会太腻，也不会太干。而蜜汁甜度适中，也不会死咸。叉烧的外皮烤得微焦，吃起来有点脆脆的，配着白饭真的很好吃。

来到这里我觉得不可不点的就是白斩鸡了。因为鸡肉新鲜，肉质软嫩而且很滑。就连我奶奶也吃得津津有味。我只能用皮脆肉嫩来形容这道佳肴，这里的环境非常舒适，服务也很好很周到。
