Yes, you heard it right! It’s blueberries burger this time, at my favourite spot again for some creative fusion meal


This Japanese fusion burger is indeed extraordinary, as the bun is made from blueberries and beetroot, that’s where the color comes from. It’s very eye-catching and reach much of ‘hu ha hu ha’ in no time after I posted in on my blog, hehe. Fret not of any weird taste as the flavor of both fruits are quite mild, so you could still enjoy it deliciously. The bread is actually very soft and fluffy. There is some mild taste of subtle sweetness, but not to the extent of fruit sugary, so it’s still alright. Drenched with some black sesame, it gives the bread a different texture and better aesthetic appreciation too

Spicy Tuna Boat Although the meal is considered quite delish, I still couldn’t decipher why ‘boat’ is being used as its name, haha. This bread is actually toasted with some cheese on top of tuna mix fillings. The mayonnaise is evenly mixed with the chunky tuna flakes so it’s much more moist and zesty. It is then laid on he bed of fragrant sesame baguettes, topped off with some pickles, before doused with some chilli sauce and then oven baked till fragrant and slightly crispy at the bread crust.

Am pretty sure this is quite common among the fans of Japanese food, hehe. This Japanese braised snow peas looks like the ordinary sweet peas except that you gotta peel out the skin before you get to enjoy the peas. The peas is nicely braised I supposed for they are soft and bear some mild saltiness to compliment the blandness of its presentation. I personally enjoy it this way as it still retain its natural sweetness and could be quite addictive too. No wonder it remains as a famous hors d'oeuvres as far as Japanese cuisine is concerned. Yum Yum!

A very quiet environment which is suitable for people to relax. I am the only customer in their restaurant during dinner time. They have a creative interior design while putting all the fake foods out and stick some of it onto the wall. These are the foods and beverage that I had ordered. It’s quite a big portion of this Lamb Steak. The meat is nicely well done, not too hard and is succulent. It is decently paired with the inhouse sauce which gives out some mild piquancy flavor, which helps to subside the goatish taste .Besides, the accompanied potato wedges are good to go too, although they could have make it much softer, then it would be great! Oh, do remember to have some bites on the salad greens for it would aid with your digestion later after such indulgence

The pasta in fact, is very smooth and tangy albeit being dished out in the savory stock. It taste some kind of miso paste but on the lighter side. Come to my favourite part, the scallops! They are realy huge and succulent. Freshness is certain and just awesomely paired with the clear soup itself. Of course, the smidgen of seaweeds slices also help to bring up the overall flavor apart from the nutritious kelps too.

Initially am a little bit sceptical on how it would turn out with the addition of miso. For me, more often than not, miso is always akin to the soupy version. Now that it is being boldly used as the paste itself on the fish, wow! And it doesn’t taste weird after all

The salmon fish is very fresh and flakily delish. It seems like it has been pan-fried in prior before being baked together with the penne pasta. The pasta was earlier drenched with generous portion of Mozarella cheese that makes the menu so gooey and delicious. The pasta was decently cooked and not too soft. I guess this is the Japanese version of Mac-n-Cheese

To end on a sweet note, you could have their Mango Pudding. When it first arrived, I was like “Wow” to myself. It’s so beautifully garnished and laid out daintily. Such a pleasing and rewarding moment indeed to the visual sense.
