Hooray! Am back at my favourite spot again! Café Taka, the chic and cozy place to hang out, but for mid-afternoon dining this round, keke.So far, they really has drilled in the idea of food marriage where varieties of food elements are combined to create another new refreshing feast, thus allowing them to blend in well together, and pleasant to the taste bud. So before our main course arrives, we are treated with some appetizers first. Edaname! Am pretty sure this is quite common among the fans

Am pretty sure this is quite common among the fans of Japanese food, hehe. This Japanese braised snow peas looks like the ordinary sweet peas except that you gotta peel out the skin before you get to enjoy the peas. The peas is nicely braised I supposed for they are soft and bear some mild saltiness to compliment the blandness of its presentation. I personally enjoy it this way as it still retain its natural sweetness and could be quite addictive too. No wonder it remains as a famous hors d'oeuvres as far as Japanese cuisine is concerned. Yum Yum!
