liked i said, i was pretty much looking forward for the big portion of German pork/sausages. but i totally got disappointed when this was all that served to me. 
however, taste wise, this is a  rather deliciously satisfying meal. i love how the perfectly roasted pork is so tender and juicy. there is not much seasoning done on the slice of pork thus the sourness from the sauerkraut blend well together. this meal is also serves with sides of mashed potatoes.

chef's version of molten lava cake with white chocolate in a crispy outer shell. topped with large amount of icing sugar yet not overly sweet, this fluffy cake with the creamy chocolate lava is indeed a good one to end of our meals.  
rather than the ordinary dark chocolate lava, Brotzeit's version is being served with the white lava in it. the lava is so smooth the moment you cut through the cake, the white chocolate oozes out like nobody business..
 this is indeed a major drooling!!!

despite the disappointing portion of my roasted pork, overall i am pretty satisfied with meals served. not forgetting the friendly staff who are always there ready to serve us. 
be sure to check out Brotzeit for a great place to fill your bellies with some comforting German eats, perhaps accompanied by a refreshing pint of Paulaner's beer. definitely a great place or dining or happy hours!!!

This is mixed salad with feta cheese, red bell peppers, semi-dried tomatoes, onions, olives, garlic croutons and sour cream tossed with house dressing. The portion of this salad is easily good for 2-3 pax or even more. The combination of the sour cream and house dressing gives a very appetizing touch onto the salad. For those who doesn't like heavy feta cheese taste, you can still scoop it out from the salad.

As for the main dish, we had the Oktoberfest Platter which is not available yet on the menu. This sharing platter for 5-6 friends or family is only available during Oktoberfest. This platter comes with Brotzeit Signature Pork Knuckle, Oven Roasted Chicken, Gipsy Bacon, Lumberjack Steak and Garlic Pork Sausages. It is served with sauerkraut and potato salad. I like the sausage, roasted chicken and bacon but I find that the lumberjack steak was a little dry for my liking and the pork knuckle is quite oily.

Pork Lover, here we come with the Schweinshaxn / Pork Knuckle where the pork knuckle is simply crispy and it is served together with the potato salad, sauerkraut with knuckle gravy on the side. This was surprisingly refreshing for a dessert, it was one of those food that with the first bite you’ll go . I said that because it totally took me by surprise. I know it was one of those pretty little nice glass of desserts that I stay away from at the buffet lines because of how usually artificial it taste like. But this, man this is made from layers of rum and orange sponge fingers and yummy fresh cream. The sponge texture is rather unique on the tongue too btw.

The Oktoberfest Platter is specially crafted by Chef Helmut, Brotzeit's native Bavarian chef which feature Brotzeit's Signature Pork Knuckle, lumberjack steaks (pork chops), garlic pork sausages, oven roasted chicken and gipsy bacon. The platter is served with two sides of sauerkraut and potato salad, which was a pretty generous serving as well. The platter serves 5-6 people, but even with 9 people on the table we couldn't finish the platter. Maybe it was because most of us were girls with small appetite. :3

Chef Helmut begin by helping us to de-bone the pork knuckle which was really simple, and for the chicken, you'll need to cut it into smaller pieces also. The pork knuckle in all honesty, looks mighty glorious which is why it is their famed signature dish anyway. Having said that, it would be expected to have higher expectations on it, only to be mildly disappointed. The skin was crispy, but it wasn’t like the air crisp you would taste when the pork knuckle has been fried long enough. Probably this was because it was to avoid being over fried and over cooked. In terms of the meat, it was tad dry, but flavourful nevertheless. Maybe it would have been best taken with the brown sauce.

Oven Roasted Chicken, Gipsy Bacon, Lumberjacks Steak | Brotzeit Oktoberfest Platter

Then, I had the gipsy bacon which took me surprise because it was so damn good. A closer look at the bacon and see you see the fatty layer on the bacon, except it didn't feel like fats. I have this thing against fats, because they taste like eating white chunks of cold oil. But this just melted in my mouth and coupled with the meat on the bacon, it was enough to make me go "oh-la-la".

The charred steaks behind the bacon, are the lumberjack steaks which as dry and charred as it looks is really dry. The name sounds way more appetizing than it tasted. Probably, dry pork chops suit it better. (By the way, quick Google search showed me a juicy, fat, slab of lumberjack steak and I wished I had those instead). Last but not least, is the oven roasted chicken which looks yummy, and evenly roasted. Something I wish I could try to roast one day. Taste wise, I look the skin! It wasn’t oily as all, perks of roasting a chicken. And the chicken meat tasted like well marinated ones.

saya juga amat gemarkan pizza istimewa yang terdapat di sini....ternyata ia memilki ciri ciri unik yang mampu menarik minat dan juga selera saya untuk mencubanya......selain itu,harga yang ditawarkan juga cukup berbaloi dan ia juga hadir dalam pakej-pakej yang cukup menarik,ia bukan sahaja lazat dan menyelarakan,malah servisnya juga berkualiti sekali,

Brotzeit they serve pizza too, i order thin-crust fladenbrot pizza, the ingredient the use is belly bacon, leg ham, tomatoes, bell peppers, cocktail onions, mushrooms & mozzarella. Their pizza base taste so crispy and a bit chewy. Belly bacon & ham taste a bit salty, but acceptable. An addictive snack, but we might say the same about Domino's Pizza. The pork toppings could even be mistaken for beef.
