It's rumored to be even more tasty that the salted chicken in Ipoh city center. And the verdict? Yes, it was. Wrapped in thick aluminium foil, the aroma of the salted chicken did not escape but instead, once unwrapped, the saltiness mix herb smell starts to tingle my senses. The meat was juicy and tender and full with herbal taste. At the bottom of the wrapping was filled with chicken and herbal essence which I dip my chicken with. The size of the chicken is between small and medium and can serve between 2-4 people. It goes well together with rice or eat it on it's own. Definitely a satisfying meal anytime!
