The noodle are springy and evenly mixed with the necessary condiments and I notice that the Char Siew here looks less reddish as normally seen. It’s good as less coloring is being used and the original flavor is being retained. They are juicy and chewy, taste great as well when paired with the soup ‘Wan Tan’, along with the pickled green chili! Such a bliss to start the day on a hearty meal with airy environment. As the axiom has it, ‘Sometimes, the simplest thing is the best’ and where you get to enjoyed the moment with your loved ones: D
