Came by Penang once again for work purpose, and as always Chai Leng park's foodcourt is the way to go for me. As I have beer in the hotel, I decided to get something sinful from this stall which will go well with my beer. I ordered the fried chicken skin, which was not common in KL until recently. It was freshly fried, and 5 pieces for RM1 it was super worth it.In my opinion, the best part of a fried chicken is always the skin. This stall fries the skin into pure crispy joy. Of course it is full of oil, but it goes so well with beer, I actually felt bad after finishing it.
