Sakae Sushi in Queensbay is one of the outlet which is always packed with customers during the lunch as well as the dinner time. Every time I passed through the restaurant, it is definitely a long lining up in the restaurant. We are lucky that day where the waiting time is not too long.Salmon Kabuto Shioyaki is one of our ordered in Sakae Sushi. Instead of teriyaki, we opt for shioyaki and this is where the grilled salmon head is being grilled with the salt and the overall freshness of the fish
