Sakae Sushi is a local sushi chain with international presence. It is a restaurant serving a variety of Japanese cuisine. In Penang there are only six Sakae Sushi outlet. They place a little amount of the Japanese Mayo on the top of the breaded fried Hotate. The hotate is really crunchy on the outside while ht e flesh is sweet and soft.
