Kek Seng Coffee Shop is actually a place that famous for its ' Ice Kacang ' and this ' Jelly Special ' which I am going to review right now.RM 4.50 Unfortunately, I feel the price is very expensive since the bowl is very small only.Its comes with various types of jelly, nata de coco, a scoop of ice-cream, home-made colourful jelly and ice.
