One famous dish which is easily found in Penang is the Oh Jien. I ordered this Oh Jien, which did not take a long time to arrive. It was piping hot when served, which is a good sign that it was made fresh. The Oh Jien here is moderately sized but it was very juicy. One good thing about this dish is that it has a lot of egg instead of starch, which gives the dish a very eggy taste. I did not really like their sauce on this dish as I feel that it was a little too sweet and thick for my taste.Gener
