One cannot simply miss this famous Penang delicacy when staying in this island. I find that the noodles here were rather soggy but in the good way, due to a more genuine rice flour taste compared to those boric acid laden noodles (lai fun). The broth was nicely sour without strong vinegar taste, like the ones here in KL that I used to have. My only complaint here is that the broth lacked minced fish meat in it.
