These tiramisu and mango pudding are served in small glasses. I think this is a great idea especially for buffet. With this, customers can try a selections of tasty dessert. The tiramisu has a great coffee and mascarpone cheese flavour. It is topped with cocoa powder which complements the coffee and cheese falvour very well. The mango pudding is quite sweet but has a strong mango flavour. The pudding is set perfectly.
