The fish sanma shioyaki is nice. It is highly recommended. The size is not too big and not too small. The method is of grilled method. It tasted nice but the disadvantage is there are many tiny bones within. Need extra careful when you are eating although the bone is edible. The eggplant mabo nasu tasted nice also with special sauce. It is not too salty and is different from normal home-cooked taste. The eggplant seems to be an extraordinary cuisine with the sauce together.
