It is a restaurant that must not be missed for those who enjoy authentic hainanese and nyonya cuisine.Deep fried caramelised whole prawnsThe deep fried caramelised whole prawns is one of my favourite dishes in this restaurant. I enjoy the taste and the crunchiness of prawns. The shell is deep fried and therefore it is very crispy. It can be eaten with the flesh. When combined with the dark caramel sauce, it is simply irresistible.

Sin Kheng Aun Restaurant 新琼安饭店 is a restaurant servings a wide range of chinese style cuisines. CHar Kuay teowTHis dish is the char kuay teow. The char kuay teow is very lack of wok hei. The prawns used are not big in size but small. Some more the prawns are not fresh and chewy. The kuay teow are also cooked too salty. Definitely not a good choice to choose this dish here. Maybe you should try their other dishes.
