It is located at Jalan Fettes, Georgetown.Chinese crispy roasted pork and barbecued porkCantonese roast is one of my favourite dish especially barbecued pork. The barbecued pork is marinated with soy sauce, hoisin sauce and honey. It is roasted till golden brown and slightly charred. The roasted pork's skin is crackling and the meat is juicy and tender. The roast meats are eaten with char siu sauce.
