Colleague braced the morning traffic and came back to Klang valley with a box full of fresh siew pau. Although not warm anymore, the crust remains intact and fresh. The meat mixture inside was full of flavor and moist with freshness. Everyone wants a piece of the famous siew pau to complete their breakfast. I think it went well with a cup of kopi o. Should have microwaved it a little before savouring it, will make a mental note on this for the next time!
