Some of my favorite yong tau fu items are the brinjals, ladies finger, bittergourd, and plain beancurd. All of these items proved to be very satisfying. They were all fresh and succulent, big pieces and tasty. I like the brinjals for most. The fish paste filling is generous and delicious. There were some starchy gravy but it doesn’t get much of my attention since the yong tau fu are the main items and they were too good.
