Soft Shell Crab Burger, Unagi Croissant, Classic Chocolate Cake and flat white for our Friday lunch treat yesterday!Soft Shell Crab Burger had fried soft shell crab, sunny side up egg, pickled cucumber on the inside and the top bun was slathered with tartar sauce and sweet onion jam on the bottom bun. Soft Shell Crab Burger had fried soft shell crab, sunny side up egg, pickled cucumber on the inside and the top bun was slathered with tartar sauce and sweet onion jam on the bottom bun. The tartar sauce on the top bun reminded me of filet o' fish from McD's.and next come the Unagi Croissant which had unagi, the same picked cucumber from the soft shell crab burger, ni tamago (Japan marinated soft boiled egg commonly found in Ramen) sandwiched in between a croissant and a side of salad drizzled with honey lemon vinaigrette on the side.
after all the mains, we washed it all down with the capp on the VCR blend 3.0( Panama Kotowa, Guatemala Santa Isabel and Indonesia ) with the classic chocolate which wasn't too sweet. It felt like as if i was having chocolate for desserts on my coffee.
