I love coming to Tonkatsu by Ma Maison at Isetan One Utama before my movie as they offer unlimited refill of their cabbage! Nice! I also love that they served red rice here.This time, I go for Tokusen Ippon Hire Katsu Set. This set consist of deep fried 180g of pork fillet with Japanese bread crumbs. I love the way they fried the pork to golden perfection without any excess oil dripping around! But I found that fillet to be a little chewy though.
