I believe all of us would be familiar with Chinese foo yong egg but when it comes to Thai style foo yong egg, I was clueless. The description on the menu states : Thai Style Egg Foo Yong with Assorted Vegetables, Fresh Herbs and Minced Prawn. It was very complicated from the first glance, and it tasted so too! The prawns weren't fresh and overcooked. Too much basil to my liking as well. It did not taste as eggy due to the complexity of the ingredients. In fact, the texture was similar to pancake
