Takoyaki

One of my favourite snacks of all times is the takoyaki in Jusco One Utama Shopping Centre. I would usually order the one with the prawn filling, and this time was no difference. It was a good thing that there weren't that many customers, as sometimes the queue can go up to 20 minutes during peak time. The takoyaki consisted of flour mixture poured onto a hot pan with many rounded hollows in it. Chopped cabbage and prawns were added, and the balls were cooked till golden brown. Served with fish

Served with fish flakes, some drizzle of mayonnaise, sweet brown sauce and a pinch of seaweed powder, the ensemble is definitely thumbs up, very tasty

 . The dish is piping hot, and one must take care while consuming, as it was easily burn the mouth!
