Pucuk Paku, also known as wild fern shoots are one of my favorite vegetables to eat!! and i can hardly find them since most restaurants don't cater for this rare vegetable. this dish is stir-fry with a broth that is slightly spicy as they used red and green chili here. i love the broth because it had this flavorful spiced-up taste that you can only taste in exotic thai restaurants ^^ the vege was also very crunhy and yummy!
