Came by this restaurant due to a friend's recommendation recently.I ordered the Nam Yu Spare Ribs Rice, which did not take too long to arrive. It was served on a nice presentation, in which apart from the deep fried spare ribs, it also comes with a sunny side up egg, cobs of corn and some other vegetables like cucumber, tomato and lettuce.The space ribs were freshly made, as it was smoking hot when it arrived. It compliments the chilli sauce. However, the meal felt a little too dry for my liking

The space ribs were freshly made, as it was smoking hot when it arrived. It compliments the chilli sauce. However, the meal felt a little too dry for my liking as there were no gravy. The ribs were delicious actually, as it was juicy and flavourful although a little oily as it was deep fried.The rice was made perfectly, luckily it wasn't too dry as well. The egg yolk was runny, which is how I like it especially when mixing it with the rice. As a conclusion, the dish was quite nice although can't be helped that it was a little dry due to the nature of the dish.
