There are over 65 stores in Japan, and globally in places such as New York, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea and Shanghai. The environment is really nice and comfortable. They even use their red and white bowl and spoon as wall decoration.
I have ordered one of their signature noodle, Shiromaru Motoaji(IPPUDO’s original tonkotsu broth served with ultra-thin noodles, pork belly, bean sprouts, kikurage & spring onions. Classic Hakata-style ramen). So far this is the best ramen I ever tasted in Malaysia. The ramen is stringy and fresh, the soup is very very delicious. Do remember to put in some pepper and sesame through the crusher. They also prepare a tool for you to squeeze the fresh garlic into the ramen.
